Drum Technician: Andres Torres
Duties:
- As is relates to the drums
- To give the drums whatever maintenance is needed to prolong its useful life - parts replacements, cleaning, proper handling, etc.
- To report the state of the drum set periodically, via email, text messages, phone calls, social media, regular mail, or any other means of communication available.
- To report any incident, damages, or parts missing as soon as it's known.
- As it relates to the drummers team
- To assist drummers by setting up and/or taking down when needed.
- To assist drummers by being available during praise/worship times for any urgency that may arise.
- To report any incidents as soon as possible.
- As it relates to the office/ministry
- To report to the ministry (Karina, Moisés) any arrangements made (or in the works) directly between the drum technician and the CVFI production team.
- To report to CVFI production any arrangements made (or in the works) with the ministry (Karina, Moisés), or the worship team (particularly the drummers team), if it's production related - meaning if there are needs the production team would help us with (like a special setup, etc), or if it's something that would affect the rest of the production teams (lights, audio, stage, etc.)
- To report to the office (ministry and production) any arrangements directly made (or in the works) between the drum tech and the drummers team.
